I flew in from Toronto and booked a facial with Lanny at the Room and Pillar Spa. I have had many facials, having Lanny has been the best experience I have ever had. She was knowledgeable and picked the perfect products for my skin. As well she never left the room, as my masks were on, she massaged my scalp, my arms and my hands. I will definitely come back next time I am in Kelowna. Thank you Lanny

I learned so much about my skin and the best way to care for it, all while feeling completely relaxed during my massage and facial. From the moment I walked in, Lara at the front desk made me feel so welcome and taken care of right up until I left. After a long week and just before heading off on my travels, this was exactly the reset I needed. I loved it so much that I immediately booked another facial for myself and a couples massage in the salt cave. I honestly cannot wait for my next visit. Thank you so much, Lou and Lara, for such an incredible experience!
Wow! What a treat today! First time in a salt cave. My husband and I each had a 60 minute massage to start and we were so impressed by the professionalism of the practitioners and all the little touches- hot towels, heated bed, warm neck pillow, quality oils, water and a chocolate on your pillow etc. The staff were warm, sincere and professional. Then we had 45 minutes in the salt cave. Wow. This is a unique and relaxing way to spend a day. Clean, comfortable and just a great overall experience. Highly recommend.
What an amazing experience! I had the absolute pleasure of experiencing such a wonder and relaxing full body message from Chloe. All of the staff are so kind, respectful and polite. I had to change my appointment twice, and they were more than happy to accommodate. I definitely recommend coming here, as I will be making this visit a regular thing.
