If i could give them 0 stars I would... I went into bowl the other day and witnessed the owner being extremely rude to a customer. The customer went up and politely asked for something. The owner then went from 0 to 100 and started yelling at the customer and telling them they need to leave. This created quite a scene for all of the other bowlers. I was appalled to see this behavior from an establishment. I recommend not supporting this business anymore. The new management is beyond disrespectful and it would be a shame if they behaved this way infront of children. What I witnessed today was terrible, horrific and they should not be running a business with the attitude they have.

I was a citizen of the public witnessing this, I have no affiliation with the school system (but sure report me to them?). I have only reviewed what I witnessed as a bystander, with group. This is not the day I was speaking of BUT glad to read that you treat a lot of customers this way. I feel parents have the right to know what is witnessed behind closed doors especially at a classic kids birthday location. I feel it is important for the public to be aware of how management is running the place

Once again I have no affiliation with the schools (I was a citizen there on my own free time with my own group) AND once again, Thank you for adding that you have had more issues with multiple groups that have come into your establishment. Its unfortunate multiple groups and schools have dealt with the same behaviors. It upsetting to see how much joy it gave you to get someone possibly "releaved" of their job...
