Loved the new healthy smoothie option! I tried the Classic Strawberry Banana smoothie, and it’s so refreshing, naturally sweetened with dates instead of sugar. I heard they’ll have a protein option soon, which will be perfect after a workout. Highly recommend!

Some good indoor soccer and hockey leagues run out of this facility. Great for staying fit in the winters and meeting friends. Wish the boards and fields were maintained a little better as they allow lots of abuse from lacrosse and baseball practices. Haven't tried hockey yet here. Boomers is next door and right now our Tuesday games are followed by wing night and beers there! Wish they could keep costs lower for team registrations.
Overall a pretty decent rec center. The ice in the summer time is a little soft as well as warm spots on the ice as you are skating. It would be nice for locker room signs for people who don't go often or are new to the area.
