Myself and some friends hired a boat for the day with Alfie as our captain, he had a wide knowledge of the area and the boat that we took out for the afternoon. He taught us how to wakeboard and was super patient. I highly recommend this company if you are in the area and want to get out on the lake! Once again thanks to Alfie and the whole team for being so welcoming and amazing!

Beware of the shady practices of this so-called “company.” To put it simply, they will rip you off. They rush you into signing multiple waivers without giving you any time to read them, and later you’ll see why: they’ll bill you for about triple the gas you actually used, and those rushed waivers mean you’ve unknowingly signed away your ability to dispute it. If you ask for an explanation, expect a dismissive, unprofessional interaction with a teenager at the desk. On top of that, the gear, including the jet skis, is in terrible condition. Mine didn’t even have a bumper. The final straw was when my friend went back later and simply asked to see a blank copy of the contract to confirm what he’d signed earlier. They refused to provide even a blank template or let him review the terms. That says everything. And don’t be fooled by their replies to reviews; they’re riddled with typos, excuses, and misinformation meant to mislead readers. Before they trot out the “we don’t see you in our records” line: I was there on August 12, and I’ll attach photos. What a joke of a company. Take your money somewhere else.
Please avoid this place if you value your mental health and safety. The staff were careless with their customers, raised their voices, and offered no support. We were given a boat with a broken key and then unfairly blamed for the problems that followed. The manager working at the front was particularly rude, and the overall service was unaccommodating, unprofessional, and dishonest.
