Told employee it was my first time there and got clear, concise instructions and inside information on using top tracer machine. It didn’t miss one strike. I saved all of my shots info to my phone. Including carry and total distances for each club. A perfect experience, will definitely be returning.
I went to Kelowna driving range today for the first time. I found the staff to be awesome and very helpful. The service was excellent and way over and above the customer service you normally get. I loved how the range was set up and easy to navigate. The mats and in excellent condition and the range balls are simply the best. I thank the staff for your excellent customer service and I will definitely be back and will recommend this range to everyone. Thanks again for a wonderful experience
I wish there was a zero star option. I took my 6 year old son to practice golf with his new clubs to this range on June 5th, 2022. The first thing I noticed was that a lot of money has been invested into the range with a top tracer area. I went inside to get a large bucket of balls and the guys tells me it's $20 which I was shocked as every other range is $14. The large bucket didn't even fill up at the machine and I was impressed with how nice the balls were for range balls, however I was highly disappointed with the public area being reduced to a small area at one side and everything else is for memberships only or top tracer clients. The worst part is that you have to hit off mats and at this time of year, that's ridiculous when paying $20 for a bucket of balls. I took my son mini golfing next and we paid $14 for him and he got a free ball (which was used). The course was in horrible condition. It was so bad I felt obliged to speak to the owner. I told him we felt it was very expensive for a course that's in disrepair. There are sections of carpet ripped out that stopped my sons ball from moving, there are leaves everywhere and sand and gravel all over the putting surface. He had an answer and excuse for everything. I told him we were there last year and it was the same thing and he just said "no it wasn't". They also didn't tell us that you could play twice for the price of one round which I later saw on the website. It was clear to me that he's using this putting course to rob people blind at $14 for kids and $18 for adults it's highway robbery. Don't let my words convince you, just look at the photos from yesterday. He says the carpet is on order, well when did you order it cause last years was the same thing. It looks like an abandoned theme park from Mad Max. I also suggested a discounted rate until it's fixed and he said "no way". I said Scandia has a far superior course and he just shrugged his shoulders. Scandia is $11.50 for kids and under 3 are free. It's well worth the drive and I will never return to this driving range again.
