The staff are generally helpful and encouraging (especially Mia and the staff member with glasses and hat), though one review mentions hitting a genuinely grumpy employee, so timing might matter; the Haunted House room around Halloween is particularly fun and themed well. Go with a group of 2-4 people, aim for off-peak times to avoid rushed staff, and note that some of the older rooms show wear but the newer ones are creatively set up—it's the kind of date where you'll either nail it together or hilariously fail, and either way you'll have something to laugh about afterward.
