Park at the lower lot and walk up — the trail is short enough that you will not need a warm-up, just move at a talking pace. At the top, face west toward the lake and let your eyes adjust to the light dropping behind the West Kelowna bluffs. Stay until the sky starts shifting orange, then head down so you arrive at Micro while your heart rate is still slightly up.
